Your inbox files itself
Connect your mailbox once. Paco watches it, sorts it and files every certificate against the right obligation, without you opening a single message.
Filtering happens before spending a single AI call
A hotel mailbox receives invoices, quotes, chasers and a few certificates. Paco drops what is off-topic first, so only plausible documents reach extraction.
- Outlook / Microsoft 365, any IMAP mailbox, or a forwarding address
- Reads your mail and sends only what you have allowed
- Per-mailbox encrypted credentials
A deadline seen in an email stays a proposal
When a message announces a date with no attachment, Paco does not write it into the register. It offers it for confirmation with the original message alongside, because an email is not proof that a control took place.
- The source message stays readable from the obligation
- Paco never deletes an email
- A sender can be blocked in one action
Common questions
Can Paco send email on my behalf?
Yes, from your own address: booking visits, following up, asking for repairs. An email to an outside company leaves after you approve that copy, or under rules you set yourself. Paco never deletes anything, and every email it sends is saved in Paco.
Which mailboxes work today?
Outlook and Microsoft 365, any IMAP mailbox, a forwarding address to Paco, or uploading files. On a Microsoft 365 work account, your IT team may need to approve Paco until Microsoft finishes verifying us as the publisher. Sending from an IMAP mailbox also needs its outgoing-mail (SMTP) settings. Gmail connects in one click.
Do I need a dedicated address?
No, though it is often cleaner. An address like compliance@yourhotel.com that you give your contractors avoids polling a personal inbox.
