Nothing gets lost between visits

A check passed with findings is not a check passed. Paco keeps every finding in front of you until an invoice, a photo or a certificate closes it.

The finding lives on the obligation, not in an archived report

Findings raised by the inspector are pulled out of the report and attached to the duty concerned. They do not vanish at the next control: they close with evidence or stay visible.

  • Each finding becomes a task for a named colleague, with the finding attached
  • Proof of remediation: invoice, certificate, or a photo that says when and where it was taken
  • The obligation carries the finding while it is open; you validate the closure
  • The history keeps who closed what, and when

Common questions

What if the finding is minor?

It stays visible, with its original wording. Judging urgency is yours; the tool does not file an observation as unimportant on your behalf.

Do not let a finding get lost inside a PDF

It is the line an inspector re-reads first on the next visit.
