An answer with no source is not an answer
The interesting question about a compliance assistant is not what it can say, it is what it refuses to say. Paco reads your hotel's own records: checks, documents, mail, team, jobs, spaces, costs. A question whose answer is not there gets "I do not have that" rather than a plausible sentence.

Say "always" for that kind of act and it stops asking: it acts, shows you each act, and "never" is also one tap. An email to a company leaves only if you approved that copy, under a mandate for a check that is overdue and whose date comes from a document, or as a kind of letter whose exact wording you approved once, to the companies you chose.

Common questions
Does Paco know the regulations by heart?
That is not what it is for. Intervals come from the regulatory catalogue, sourced and cited. A model reciting an article from memory eventually produces a reference that does not exist.
Is my data used to train a model?
No. It is used to answer your question and nothing else. The processors involved are listed in the privacy policy.
Which AI answers?
For a hotel in the EU or the UK, and during the preview before you subscribe, Mistral AI, in France. For a subscribed hotel outside the GDPR area, Claude, by Anthropic (United States), unless an administrator chooses Mistral. Your documents are read by Mistral in every case.
Ask it a hard question. Then give it a job.
The useful test is the one it ought to refuse to answer, and the act it ought to refuse to do alone.
