Periodic checks for a hotel ERP

“Which checks, how often?” is the most asked question. The answer already has a home: the France guide, where each check cites the instrument behind its interval. This page explains why we do not copy them, and how Paco plugs in.

This guide is an aid to understanding, not legal advice. The law applicable to a given property depends on its classification, its occupancy and the prescriptions of the competent safety commission. Check the cited texts before acting on them.

One list, one gate

Copying intervals here would create a second version to maintain, and the test that compares copy to the regulatory catalogue would no longer know which to trust. The France guide holds the list; other pages point there.

What the ERP class changes

Category (1 to 5) and type (O for hotels) decide which obligations apply. Category detail is in the dedicated guide; the intervals themselves stay in the France guide.

How Paco keeps them

Each register obligation cites its source. A filed report updates the matching line; a due date without proof stays visible as exactly that. Intervals are not invented: they come from the catalogue wired to the same texts as the France guide.

Common questions

Why does this page not show the frequency table?

Because that table already has a maintained home: the France guide. Two diverging copies would be worse than an absence here.

My hotel is not in France — does this page help?

The reasoning (one source for intervals) holds everywhere. For the Emirates, see the UAE Fire and Life Safety guide.

Intervals, in the right place

The France guide holds them; the register traces them.
