Maintenance manager: the report arrives, it gets filed

You receive contractor certificates, usually as attachments, sometimes on paper. The thankless part is not the control, it is finding the document again six months later.

Filing happens on arrival

A certificate arriving in your Outlook or IMAP mailbox, or forwarded to your Paco address, is matched to the obligation it belongs to, with its date and its contractor. A forwarded attachment, or anything Paco is unsure of, waits for your OK first. A report handed over on paper is uploaded once. Then the next deadline rolls forward on its own.

  • The next deadline recomputes from the real date
  • The contractor and report reference are kept
  • Findings land on the obligation, not in a drawer
