You carry the risk. See all of it.

Closure, a refused claim, liability after an incident. You do not run the checks but you pay for them. Paco shows you the real state, with the evidence behind it.

A view you can argue with

A compliance report that does not break down is worth nothing in front of an insurer. Here every figure traces back to the obligation, the document and the date that produced it.

  • Source certificates are kept, not merely summarised
  • Open findings stay visible until proof closes them
  • A pack shareable with an insurer, on an expiring link

What the tool refuses to do

Paco never states a control took place on the strength of a guess. With no usable intervention date, the obligation is blocked and visible. A gap gets closed; a wrongly asserted compliance is discovered at the worst possible moment.

Common questions

Does this replace my insurer or my inspection body?

No. Paco keeps the register and gathers the evidence. The controls are still carried out by approved bodies, and judging compliance belongs to the competent authority.
