About Paco
Paco is the assistant and compliance officer for hotels. It knows what the law requires of your property, reads the documents you already have, tracks every check, inspector's finding and certification, and organises the work: the letters to companies, the staff to brief, the budget to plan and the file to hand the inspector.
What Paco does
Everything a hotel must check, renew and prove, and the work that goes with it.
It knows what the law requires of you
From the country and type of property, Paco knows which checks are due: fire safety, electrical, gas, lifts, water and legionella, food hygiene, staff training. Every interval cites the law that sets it.
It reads the documents you already have
Paco goes through the hotel's mailbox, up to twelve months back (five years on a paid account), deleting nothing, and reads the reports and certificates it finds. You can also drop in a PDF. When it is unsure, it asks you instead of guessing.
It tracks every check, problem and certification
What is up to date, coming, late, or never done. A problem an inspector noted stays open until there is proof it was fixed. Labels, certifications and staff work permits are tracked the same way.
It organises the work
Paco drafts the letters to the companies that do the checks, and the reminders when they go quiet; a letter leaves only the way you allowed. It hands tasks to staff on WhatsApp, with a photo as proof, and puts deadlines in your calendar.
It plans the budget
What the year of checks and repairs will cost, property by property.
It gets you ready for inspection
One PDF binder with the source certificates, exports by date range, and a view of what would expose the hotel on the day of the visit.
It answers your questions
Ask Paco what is late or what needs doing this week: it answers from your data only. It also sends you a brief each morning or each Monday, by email or WhatsApp.
What makes Paco different
Five design choices, each one checkable in the product.
It never invents a date
A deadline comes from a document or it does not exist. For equipment nobody has ever had inspected, Paco shows it as never done, not as fine.
It starts from your mailbox, not a form
Most tools ask you to type in every date by hand. Paco reads the reports you already receive.
Every interval cites its law
Each check's interval points to the article that sets it (the French public-safety regulation, Labour Code or Public Health Code, or the emirate's code in the UAE).
A person decides what goes out
A letter to an outside company leaves only when someone approved that copy, when the manager asked for it in chat, or as a kind of letter whose exact wording the manager approved once. Every send leaves a receipt.
Hosted in the European Union
Documents and data are stored in Germany. For hotels in the EU, the AI is European too; every provider is listed in the privacy policy.

How Paco works
From sign-up to your first list, without a setup meeting.
1. You add your hotel
Its country and type of establishment are enough to know which checks the law requires of it.
2. You connect the mailbox
Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, any IMAP mailbox, or forward reports to Paco.
3. Paco reads and shows you the list
Every date shown links back to the report it came from. What Paco could not read is asked of you, never guessed.
4. Paco keeps you posted
By an email brief, and on WhatsApp if you switch it on. For any question: contact@pacoapp.io.

Common questions
Does Paco replace the inspection company?
No. Checks are still carried out by qualified inspection bodies and technicians. Paco tracks their reports, the dates that follow from them, and the follow-ups.
Does Paco send emails on my behalf?
Paco drafts the letter. It leaves only if you approved that copy, asked for it in chat for an overdue check, or approved that kind of letter's exact wording once. Every send leaves a receipt.
Where is my data stored?
In Germany, in the European Union. For hotels in the EU, the AI is European too. The full list of sub-processors is in the privacy policy.
Is Paco legal advice?
No. Paco applies public regulations and your inspectors' reports; the prescriptions of your own safety authority always take precedence.
