A problem noted in an inspection or service report. A message from your housekeeper on WhatsApp, often with a photo. An email it scans, from a supplier or from a guest. Your staff do not learn a new tool. They message it the way they already message each other.

Nothing is broken yet. Paco knows when the last inspection was and works out when the next one is due. It drafts the letter to the company that does it, and your list stays up to date.
Needs an outside company
Paco writes to the company in your name, from your own email. A letter leaves only in a way you allowed: you approve it, you ask for it in the chat, or you approved that kind of letter once. If they don't reply, Paco drafts a reminder. When their report comes back, Paco files it.
Your team can fix it
Paco sends the job to housekeeping, maintenance or a named colleague on WhatsApp. When the photo comes back and you confirm, it's done.
What Paco will never do.

- Stored in the EU, never shared.Your documents and your list are stored in the EU, under GDPR. For EU hotels, the AI is European too. No other customer ever sees it. Every company we use is listed in the privacy policy.
What people ask us most
Do I have to type in all my checks?
No. Paco knows which checks the law requires for your country and type of hotel. Your real dates come from your inspection reports.
Which countries does Paco cover?
France, Belgium (Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and selected US states and cities. For each, Paco knows which checks the law requires. Elsewhere, Paco does not have that list yet.
Is it safe to connect my email?
Yes. Google verified Paco after an independent security test. Your login is encrypted, and Paco reads your email only to find your reports, replies from companies and invoices.
Does it work with my email?
Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, any IMAP mailbox, or forward reports to Paco.
What if a report is unclear?
Paco asks you. It never writes down a date it is not sure of.
Does Paco email companies for me?
Paco drafts the letters and sends them from your own address. A letter leaves only in a way you allowed: you approve it, you ask for it in the chat, or you approved that kind of letter once. Every email is saved, with who allowed it.
Can I just ask Paco?
Yes, in the chat on the website or on WhatsApp. Paco answers from your own documents. Ask it to act, such as giving a job to a colleague or writing to a company: it shows you what it will do, and does it once you say yes. What you can do on a page, you can ask for in the chat.
Where is my data?
Your documents and your list are stored in the EU, in Germany. The AI that reads your documents is Mistral, in France, for every hotel. The chat runs on Mistral too for every hotel in Europe, and during the preview. Only a paying customer with no hotel in Europe chats with Claude (Anthropic, US), unless it chooses Mistral. Every company we use, including Meta for WhatsApp, is named in the privacy policy. No other customer ever sees your data.
I run several hotels. Does that work?
Yes. Setup asks whether you run one hotel or a group. Each hotel then gets its own list, based on its country and type, because the rules apply hotel by hotel. A group can span several countries.
Can I get an inspection pack?
Yes. One click gives a PDF per hotel with your list and the documents that prove each check. You can also send a link to someone outside, such as an inspector, an insurer or an owner. It opens a live page, not a copy that goes out of date. It expires, and you can cancel it.
How do I start?
Paco is open by invitation for now. Ask for an access code with the form below. Paco then reads your mail and shows you what it found before you pay.
