Below is what Paco found. Some of it he can carry out once you say yes or no, the rest needs an answer only you have.
Note: this finding has nobody working on it. Somebody has to be given the job of putting it right.
3 minor observations, no immediate danger · due 27/03/2027 This one is your own team's work, not a contractor's. I would raise it for the technician. Why?

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then it runs itself

Describe your property

Hotel, clinic, or any building open to the public. Tell Paco where you are and what you run. It opens only the duties that actually apply to you, at the right frequencies.

Bring the paperwork in

Connect your mailbox. Paco reads each attachment, works out which duty it proves and when the work was done, then files it against that obligation. Anything unclear comes to you instead.

Stay ahead of it

A dashboard of what's overdue and what's coming, a calendar you can subscribe to, an email digest, and an inspection pack ready on demand.

THE COURIER

Your reports already arrive by email. Let them file themselves.

Connect your mailbox once. Paco watches it, reads the attachments and files every certificate against the right obligation.

THE PRINCIPLE

A confident mistake is worse than a visible gap.

This is the rule the whole product is built on. If Paco is not sure, it does not write to your register. It brings the question to you, with a clear way to answer it.

  • A value not in the source text is rejected
  • Every deadline traces back to its certificate
  • Strict isolation between properties

QUESTIONS

What people ask us most

Do I have to enter all my obligations by hand?

No. From day one, the duty catalogue applies by country and establishment type. What the catalogue cannot know are your real dates: those come from your inspection reports.

What happens if a report is unreadable?

It goes to the review queue with its reason. No obligation is created from a doubtful reading: Paco never writes a value into your register unless it is sure of it. An attachment that arrives by email is filed when it is a document (PDF, Word, Excel…); images are not filed automatically, or every signature logo would land in your queue. A photo you upload yourself.

Does Paco send emails to my contractors on its own?

No. Paco prepares a draft from the register facts. A chase also remains for approval; the chase job sends nothing. The email leaves only after your approval, with the approved content.

Where is my data?

Documents are processed and stored in the European Union. This covers the documents and data needed for the register; supporting documents remain attached to the relevant property.

What if I have several establishments?

Onboarding opens with one question: a single establishment, or a group? Each establishment then declares its country and its type. Duties attach per site, because the rules are decided site by site. A group can span several countries.

Can I get an inspection pack out?

Yes. The inspection pack produces a PDF per property with the register and available supporting documents. You can also create a temporary share link for a third party; the link expires and can be revoked.
